Our range covers a large variety of products designed to improve driving experience, to ensure a good maintenance of cars and agro-industrial machines and to provide efficiency, comfort and safety on road and off road. Our products are coupled with unique technical support services to meet our partners’ needs.

Agro-industrial tyres and inner tubes account for the largest portfolio in our wholesale distribution network. These products reach the end users through a wide network of tyre repair shops, agro-industrial machine dealers, OEM partners, but we also supply directly to some of the biggest farms and mines. The needs of smaller customers are fulfilled through our webshop: shop.impar.ro
Our continuously trained technical team is regularly visiting partners to measure their needs and provide useful technical and commercial advices. It is important for us that our customers receive the best value for money products, which is why we continuously measure the performance of the products we place on the market.

Batteries for almost all kinds of vehicles are also part of our range, besides offering from budget to premium quality brands, we developed our CARMAX private branded product-line to be able to offer the best quality/price ratio.

Rims and wheels: to extend the functionality of agricultural machines, we provide fully assembled wheel sets, ranging from narrow wheel solutions to twin wheels or special wheels, according to our clients’ needs.

Lubricants and Technical Liquids in our portfolio are designed to complete our range of maintenance solutions for all kinds of machines and vehicles. Through our WearCheck service, we’re monitoring the lubricants over time to reduce the risk of break-downs and also the costs of maintenance.

Truck tyres are also part of our range, mainly targeting transportation fleets in the agro-industrial sector to whom reliability and technical experience play an important role, in addition to price.

Camping Solutions have been added to our portfolio to meet the need of people to enjoy outdoor activities. In addition to our internationally awarded, flagship rooftop tents, we’re also developing a wide range of accessories to make our clients camping experience even better.

Bike accessories are part of our product range that we developed to offer our clients the best products that improve safety and comfort during bicycle rides. Bikes are customizable with all sorts of accessories available to make your ride more comfortable, practical and safe.

Car Cosmetics: Every car owner wants his or her car to be good-looking and to retain its’ perfect appearance for as long as possible. This means cleaning, washing or protective polishing by using special chemicals. Car aesthetic is always considered and our products are allowing owners to keep their cars as good as new. They can be found in our wide distribution network, at our reselling partners and online.

Camping Solutions have been added to our portfolio to meet the need of people to enjoy outdoor activities. We are officially distributing the internationally awarded rooftop tents and accessories iKamper, exclusively through our dedicated webshops: www.ikamper.hu and www.ikamper.ro.

DISTRIBUTION

COVERING THE MARKET

We are able to reach the largest market coverage through our extended network of resellers operating both in the traditional market and in the retail chains. We are also focusing directly on the end-users needs, through our sales agents and our updated webshop.

Logistically speaking, we have a large warehouse at our headquarters in Odorheiu Secuiesc, another one with opening to the Black Sea in Constanța and a sales office in the Romanian capital Bucharest. We also have our own fleet of trucks delivering all orders on time. All these are managed by updated trading and management systems (ERP, CRM; WMS), that enable us to serve our partners quickly and efficiently.

A key asset of IMPAR is its team. It’s all about people and their willing to provide value in all aspects of their work. The story started back in 1991, when local entrepreneur János László opened a small car parts shop in his home town in Transylvania, Romania.
His vision was to become successful by creating long-lasting value not only for business partners and customers, but also for the local community. This vision was shared by the people who joined him in his mission to implement innovations and become a trend-setter on the fast-growing Romanian market.

Fast forward 30 years and IMPAR became one of the top players on the market, but the team is still a at the core of its success. The owner has carefully prepared the management transfer to the new generation, with one of the managers being promoted to CEO after 20 years of working for the company. The team is now a mix of highly skilled technicians with a good knowledge of both the international trends and local needs of the market, coupled with new-commers bringing the innovations needed to tackle new challenges and make the business successful for the future.
